30-minute group exercise or training sequence. Approximately 9 sets/songs. Sequence Includes: Plank work, Squat1, cardio set, squat/ lunge right side, squat lunge left side, 1 right and left side lunge work, squat2, squadio (squats and cardio combined) chest/hip (on the mat) and 1 core
Each set ranges from 2/12-4min long, but sequence will be a total of 30 minute workout.
Individual songs set to specific movements. Set ranges from 2 1/2 -4minutes long. Sets with cardio bursts are included also.
